Coriander is a detached cottage that has been sympathetically renovated from one of Sherrill Farm's original barns. This three-bedroom cottage has retained many of its original features and is an ideal base for a family looking to enjoy a holiday in this beautiful rural setting.
The swimming pool, sauna, games barn and children’s play area is right on your doorstep, together with the large area of lawn in which these facilities are located. From the lawn there are lovely far-reaching views well into Cornwall (and equally lovely sunsets). Despite its proximity to the playground and open spaces, Coriander also has its own little courtyard area with a picnic table and BBQ.

Ground floor:
The cosy dual aspect lounge has comfortable leather sofas and armchairs for 6 guests, with an electric flame effect fire, music system, digital TV with Freeview.
Next to this is another good-sized room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a pine table and chairs.
Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.
The final room is a double bedroom with an en-suite wet-room with shower, washbasin and WC.
First floor:

Two twin bedrooms, one at either end of the cottage, with a family bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin in between. Access to one of the bedrooms is along an attractive galleried landing that looks down over the dining area.
Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included in the price, but guests should bring their own towels.
Changeover day:
The changeover day is Friday. We can occasionally be flexible with this during low seasons or for last minute bookings but not during school holidays.
Security Deposit:
Please note guests staying at our Coriander Cottage are required to pay a £50 refundable security deposit in cash to the owner on arrival. Unless a deduction is due, this should be returned (in cash) by the owner on the day of departure (Useful to cover your travel costs on the way home!).

Parking available outside the cottage for 2 cars
A cot and high chair can be provided at no additional cost. Just ask for these items when booking. NB: Guests should bring their own bedding for a cot.
Dogs are welcome at £20 per dog per booking.
