Rosemary Cottage Sleeps 8
One of Sherrill’s courtyard cottages tastefully converted from the old farm barns, Rosemary Cottage will appeal to large or multiple family holidays as well as groups of friends. As well as ample indoor space it has a beautiful south facing lawned garden leading down to the fishing lakes, big enough for everyone to play or relax in. One of Rosemary’s four bedrooms is on the ground floor with an en suite wet room with shower and WC, making it suitable for guests with disabilities. Pets are welcome.

Rosemary has a good-sized open plan living space comprising lounge, dining and kitchen areas.
The lounge has a collection of leather sofas and armchairs seating 8 guests, a digital TV with Freeview and a music system, while off to one side is the dining area with a large pine farmhouse table seating 8 for family meals.
The kitchen area is well equipped to meet all guest needs and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, full height fridge freezer, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle and plenty of storage cupboards.
The final room is a good-sized twin bedroom having a shower room with toilet and wet-room (suitable for less able bodied persons).

One double bedroom with king-sized bed,
One double bedroom with king sized bed,
One twin bedroom.
There are two family bathrooms, one having a bath, the other a shower, providing a total of 3 bathrooms in the cottage overall.
Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included in the price, but guests should bring their own towels.
To the rear, Rosemary has a large south-facing garden laid to lawn overlooking the lakes, having a spacious patio offering a BBQ & outdoor furniture and lies within easy reach of the swimming pool and other leisure facilities.
The changeover day is Saturday. We can occasionally be flexible with this during low seasons or for last minute bookings but not during school holidays.
Please note guests staying at our Rosemary Cottage are required to pay a £50 refundable security deposit in cash to the owner on arrival. Unless a deduction is due, this should be returned (in cash) by the owner on the day of departure (Useful to cover your travel costs on the way home!).
There is parking in the courtyard to the front of the cottage.
A cot and high chair can be provided at no additional cost. Just ask for these items when booking. NB: Guests should bring their own bedding for a cot.
Dogs are welcome at £20 per dog per booking.
